Gap Analysis

The gap analysis enables you to understand how much your organization already complies with ISO 9001 and what remedial action – if any – needs to be taken. A gap analysis is the starting point for a targeted implementation of a certifiable QMS. We will work with you to define the scope of your QMS, conduct the gap analysis according to your needs, and provide you with a report outlining any areas that aren't meeting the ISO 9001 requirements and recommendations for improvement.

Certification and Assessment

ISO 9001 certification assessment is typically a two-stage process. Stage 1 is a review of documents and an initial appraisal of your QMS; it is usually performed remotely. Stage 2 is the assessment of your QMS to verify its effectiveness and compliance with ISO 9001. Stage 2 has traditionally been performed on-site but can now also be conducted remotely. The duration of the two-stage assessment will depend on the size and complexity of your organization and the maturity of your QMS. Once you achieved ISO 9001 certification, we conduct regular surveillance audits to verify the ongoing effectiveness of your QMS.

Integrated Assessment
